It was recently learned that three places in Guangxi have been approved as the third-batch national implementation units of "Enterprise Innovation Point System", with Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone selected.

It is reported that “Enterprise Innovation Point System” is a new policy tool established by Torch High-Tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, aimed at enhancing the innovation ability and development quality of technology enterprises. In recent years, Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone has actively focused on factors such as R&D investment intensity, technology contract turnover, and the proportion of high-tech product income. Through the objective and systematic evaluation of four primary indicators and 44 secondary indicators, the development quality and efficiency of nearly 400 scientific innovation enterprises in Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone have been quantified and categorized into the pilot scope, accurately depicting a "enterprise portrait" of each enterprise, effectively guiding various resources factors to tilt towards enterprises with outstanding innovation capabilities, and stimulating the vitality of enterprise innovation and development. According to incomplete statistics, last year, Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone carried out more than 160 industry-university-research cooperation projects, with a total project amount of about 630 million yuan.
